Quilling Snowflake
Create a beautiful, paper snowflake decoration that you can hang or turn into a holiday card.
Directions:
Take a tube from a roll of paper towels and flatten it.
Glue the pointed edges together to begin forming your design.
Cut and glue the flattened, folded, or cut rings to make your own designs.
Cut the tube into 1/4" circles.
You can flatten and fold a circle in half to add variation to your design.
Paint or glue on beads then hang as is or glue onto folded paper to create a unique holiday card.
