Two Ingredient Truffles
This chocolate confectionery is super simple to make, but taste delectable!
Ingredients & Supplies:
7/8 to 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup cocoa powder
Measure 7/8 cup - 1 cup (any brand is fine) sweetened condensed milk
Pour milk into a pot to heat up the milk (be careful to not burn it! Sweetened condensed milk burns very easily. Just warm it up)
After you remove the pot from the stove, pour in 1 cup cocoa powder and stir. Make sure to sift the cocoa powder before stirring it in because cocoa tends to clump up.
Stir the cocoa powder into the condensed milk.
Pour the mixture into a glass container and put plastic wrap on top of it to help you smush and spread it around in the container. Put the container in the fridge for about 2 hours
After the mixture has hardened in the fridge, spread it on a surface covered with cocoa powder. Cut the solid into small pieces to shape into truffles.
